Answer: We service multiple cities across the Greater Toronto Area, including Bolton, Caledon, Brampton, Mississauga, King City, Vaughan, Stouffville, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, and parts of Toronto.
If you’re outside of these areas, no problem—reach out to us and we’ll be happy to provide custom pricing based on your location.
Answer: Since cleanings are charged 7 days in advance, if our service is disrupted for any reason, we will automatically reschedule you for the next available date. Your payment will carry over, and you’ll be notified of the new cleaning date in advance.
Answer: You don’t need to be home for us to clean your bins. The bins should be left at the end of your driveway until we have had a chance to clean it, otherwise, please have it in a plain view and in an accessible location.
Answer: We strive to have your bin cleaned by 9 p.m. In the unlikely event that your bin has not been cleaned by 9 p.m., one of our team members will notify you and ensure it is cleaned the next day.
Answer: Yes — with a minimum service commitment. Monthly plans require at least 3 cleanings, while bi-monthly and quarterly plans require a minimum of 2 cleanings. Once this requirement has been fulfilled, you’re free to cancel at any time. We simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your next scheduled service.
Answer: We recommend scheduling your cleaning on the same day as your garbage collection. This ensures your garbage, recycling, and green bins are empty and ready to be cleaned. If there are any scheduling issues, we’ll notify you in advance.
Answer: Payment is simple and hassle-free! When you sign up, you’ll provide your card details (we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Amex, and more). Your card will be charged at the sign-up phase and then automatically charged 7 days before each scheduled cleaning, whether you’re on a monthly or bi-monthly plan.
Answer: It’s important that your bins are completely empty to ensure a thorough and effective cleaning. If we arrive and find garbage inside, a $20 fee may be applied to cover the additional time, effort, and disposal costs. This is handled at our discretion, but if it becomes a repeated issue after multiple visits, the $20 fee will be charged on each occurrence. To avoid this, we recommend scheduling your cleaning for the same day as your garbage collection.
Answer: We operate for about 8–9 months of the year. With Canadian winters, it’s not feasible to run our service during freezing conditions. As long as the weather is above zero, we’ll be out cleaning your bins!
Answer: No problem at all. Since your cleaning is scheduled on your garbage pickup day, your garbage and green (compost) bins will be empty and ready for service. For your recycling bin, we include this as part of our service at no extra cost—we will carefully bag the recycling, clean the bin as normal, and place everything back in the bin once the cleaning is complete.
Answer: No—everything is included in our service. We use our own custom-built bin cleaning system and professional equipment, so you don’t need to provide anything. We also ensure no mess is left behind, keeping your property clean and spotless.
